At MTP we have extensive experience of converting projects in the residential marketplace for Tier 1 Main Contractors, utilising this knowledge we will carry out a comprehensive audit of the project to identify mitigating solutions, namely; 

  • A critique of the existing design by an independent Architect/Engineer to highlight inefficiencies/proposals that will reduce cost and maximise value.
  • Independent audit of the current development/construction programme by our experienced Residential planners. 
  • A comprehensive review of the site and the consented reports to underpin a Development Risk Register, which will include mitigating solutions and considered allowances where required.
  • Setting a benchmark cost for the project by producing a detailed cost plan, utilising market tested output costs from residential projects to reflect the current design proposals/risk register.
  • Producing a value engineering schedule to achieve the Clients target build cost
  • Agreeing a strategy/programme with the Client to energise the project
